So, what makes a soul at home? Quite simply, a soul is in a healthy place to the extent that it is in a strong connection with and has a receptivity to God. Jesus invites us to a life where we feel at home in his presence. "If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me, you can do nothing" (John 15:5, TNIV). However, finding the way to this spiritual place is another matter.
Choosing to take care of your soul is vital. I have developed ways to help you deepen your own spiritual life, and have the tools to inspire the same in others. I provide resources, gatherings, and counseling with an aim to:
Foster authentic life with God
Help individuals lead towards the growth of those they serve
Mentor and work with Soul Care group gatherings to re-establish spiritual vitality as the primary path to health and spiritual growth.
My prayer is that you will find practical wisdom and friendship on the journey toward this way of life—restoring life, rest and health to your soul, releasing your God-given ability and purpose.
I believe the Bible is the inerrant in its original manuscript, inspired Word of the living God. The Bible is the final authority on all matters of life, faith, and practice.
I believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
I believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in the virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father and in His personal return in power and glory.
I believe that salvation is an act of God’s saving grace by the work of the Holy Spirit in regenerating and converting the hearts of men by His free gift of saving faith.
I believe in the personal return of Jesus Christ, the eternal damnation in a literal hell for the wicked, and everlasting life with the living God for the righteous.
I believe that there is but one head of the Church, the Lord Jesus Christ, and that it is the responsibility of the Church and its institutions to maintain His Lordship over their activities and not submit that right to any individual, corporate body, governmental agency or head of state, as long as we conduct ourselves as ambassadors of Christ and live as lawful citizens.
I believe that every area of life is to be subject to the Lordship of Jesus Christ. We adhere to a world and life view which seeks to make the Lord Jesus Christ preeminent in all things
